Care of the seat covers:

Seat covers are particularly suitable for:

Returns

Since our custom-made seat covers are individually crafted based on each customer's specifications, they are excluded from returns.

Public Institutions

Public institutions such as associations, municipalities, cities, fire departments, authorities, or municipal maintenance departments can conveniently order from us on account.

We are happy to assist you with quote requests and processing your order. Simply contact us by phone or email.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, the maximum order quantity is limited to 3 complete sets with a total order value of €1,000 (for customs reasons). Larger orders can be customized accordingly.

The shipping cost for non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, or the UK, is €35. Your delivery will be made without German VAT. Local VAT and customs duties must be paid upon receipt.

Please note that VAT refunds are only possible in cash or via PayPal.

Leather and Alcantara Covers:

We use only high-quality, genuine automotive leather, which is especially easy to care for and durable. It does not crack, does not need to be oiled, and is wipeable as well as waterproof. For a perfect fit, the seat and backrest surfaces are made from genuine automotive leather or Alcantara fabric, while the back of the seats, headrest covers, and armrest covers are made from high-quality, solid-colored fabric.

Designs

The cut of the seat covers may differ from the sample seats in the design overview, as the templates are taken directly from the original seats and customized. The images are for design illustration purposes only.

Seat Covers
Our seat and protective covers are designed to be placed over the original upholstery. These are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement covers from the vehicle manufacturer.

How to Send Us Your Seat Photos – For Perfect Results!

To ensure we can craft your custom covers perfectly, we’ll need a few photos of your seats. To make the process smooth, we’ve included examples of correct and incorrect photos below.

What’s Important?

  • Take a photo of the entire seat, including the seat cushion and backrest, so we can clearly see all details.
  • Make sure the full seat is visible—no cropped edges or close-ups.
  • Ensure the photo is well-lit and clearly visible.

If something doesn’t look quite right—don’t worry! You can always send us new photos. We’re here to help you achieve the best results for your vehicle.
