Delivery times and shipping costs

Due to a high volume of packages, delivery times within Germany and to other European countries may be delayed.

Shipping Costs:

• Within Germany: €8.99
• The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the items.

Delivery Time for Custom-Made Seat Covers:

• 15 to 20 business days (approx. 3 to 4 weeks) after receipt of payment -> since the seat covers are individually cut and sewn by hand specifically for your vehicle.

Discounted items and workshop seat covers are available for immediate delivery upon receipt of payment!

• We only ship insured via DHL.
• For international deliveries to islands, please feel free to request a quote.

Deliveries to Non-EU Countries:

For deliveries to non-EU countries, the maximum order quantity is limited to 3 complete sets and a total order value of less than €1,000 per order (customs clearance). Larger orders will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping costs for deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the UK, etc.) are €35.00.

The delivery is made without German VAT. Additional costs such as the respective local VAT and customs duties in the recipient country will apply. Please note that VAT refunds can only be made in cash or via PayPal.
